Proposal Accepted!

The city contacted us a couple of weeks ago to let us know that our proposal has been accepted. Quickly, we reviewed the contract, signed it and mailed it back. The closing process can take up to 45 days...so now that we know we got the house we are thanking God and waiting on His timing!

Trusting God

We are waiting to hear from the City of Buffalo on our 78 Arnold Proposal. As soon as they let us know, we are going to put our work gloves on and start this rehab project. It has been hard waiting, it is not supposed to be easy. And that is where trusting God comes into play. If we are supposed to get the house and move to the West Side, then we will.

As soon as we find out, I'll post pictures of the property and our plans for it.
